I’m Zach Pelka - entrepreneur, operator, boxer, writer, and lifelong student of growth.

I’ve spent the last decade building companies, scaling ideas into reality, and learning what it means to lead. Most recently, I co-founded Une Femme Wines, a sparkling wine brand built around celebration and impact, where I’ve led operations, finance, and strategy as COO. Before that, I founded and sold startups, worked in venture-backed and private equity environments, and learned firsthand what it takes to raise capital, manage teams, and balance ambition with resilience.

This site is my corner of the internet: a place to share writing, reflections, and projects. You’ll find a mix of:

• Writing on entrepreneurship, finance, personal development, and the lessons that come from building and stumbling forward.
• Experiments in fitness, boxing, and discipline - the frameworks I use to push past limits in the gym and in life.
• Reflections on travel, relationships, and the pursuit of courage, curiosity, and meaning.
